Is spring & fall cleanup included?

Yes!  Spring and fall cleanups are included in your Year-round Maintenance service.

Do I have to tell you when to switch services?

No.  We will take that worry off your mind.  Our services will adapt as the seasons change. 

What are the benefits to this service?

As the saying goes, "If you don't like the weather in Calgary, wait 5-minutes."
This program covers the "shoulder months" where unexpected weather changes can occur within the day or overnight. 

Snow in September?  Never worry about busting out the old snow shovel in the back of your shed or pulling out your mower if grass is growing rapidly in April.  We will service your property at all times instead of waiting for your contract date to begin.

As a Year-round Maintenance customer, you have access to discounted rates which is up to 10% less compared to booking your yard services individually

I need help in maintaining my garden beds as well.  Can this be included?

Absolutely!  We love to take care of plants so we would be happy to include this in your program. 

This service can be included for an additional monthly fee.  If you wish for this to be added, please write it in your Order Comments when you fill out our Booking Form.  We would be happy to meet you on site and assess what needs to be done for a more accurate quote on additional monthly fee.

I don't need snow removal.  Can you take care of my property from spring to fall only?

If our Year-round Service is too much for you,  you can try our Full Season Lawn Care which covers from April to October and includes a spring & fall cleanup and weekly or bi-weekly mowing. 

Just like Year-round Maintenance, this service also provides discounted rates of up to 10% compared to booking your spring, summer, and fall services separately.​

Do I have to sign up every year?

​Once you sign up for our Year-round Service or Full Season Lawn Care, your service will auto-renew every April 1st.  We will send out a reminder to the email you provided when your service is renewing so you can let us know if you would like to change anything in your program.

What is your cancellation policy?

While we would be sad to see you go, we understand that changes may happen that would affect your need of our services.  If this happens, please give us a 30-day notice to cancel your services.
