We enjoy being outdoors and helping people out to keep their property safe, not just for the family, but also for the general public. Just like your garden, your snow removal needs are also unique so we can curtail services based on your needs.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer snow removal everywhere in the city?

At the moment, we are only serving select communities in South Calgary.  This is to ensure that we can provide our service in a timely manner.  Please contact us to find out if we service your community.

I need someone to clear my snow while I am on vacation, can you do that?

Yes! We can definitely take care of your snow removal while you are away.
We recommend booking your service with a bit of overlap from your vacation so you can focus on preparing to leave and settling in when you come back.

I have a few other areas in the property that I need cleared, can you include them?

Yes, of course! When you fill out our Booking Form, please select the areas you would like added.  If it is not in the selection, simply describe the area in the Order Comments and our team will confirm additional charges with you before approving your booking.

When will my snow be cleared?

Our crews are usually dispatched first thing in the morning.  If snow starts accumulating after 10am, it will be cleared on the following day.  Our guarantee is that your snow will be cleared within 24 hours once snow has stopped falling

It's supposed to snow for several days, do you only come out once snow has stopped falling?

For multi-day snowfalls, our crew will come to your property once per day and after the snowfall has ended.  If you require more than one visit within a day, it can be arranged and will be billed at our hourly rate.

It started snowing after 10am, will you still come to clear my snow?

Each route can take between 8 to 10 hours to complete.  Since we are mostly working in residential areas, our clients and their neighbours usually prefer us to not be in their property late into the evening.

Can you clear ice and packed snow?

Ice and packed snow that is present on the property before the beginning of our service are not included by default.   We can clear this off your property for at our hourly rate.

WHAT KIND OF TOOLS DO YOU USE?

We have a wide variety of tools that we use to get the job done!  This may include shovels, backpack blowers, snowthrowers, scrapers, & ice chippers. 

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

While we would be sad to see you go, we understand that changes may happen that would affect your need of our services.  If this happens, please give us a 30-day notice to cancel your services.
